Jack Ellison has been building custom cars professionally since 1986 and incorperated as NTRCI in '94. Now, Jack and his son Jon, along with a few select helpers, offer complete turn key "dream rides" built totally in house. And yes, we do partial builds as well. Our shop is conveniently located approximately 25 miles south-east of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, just off Hwy 175 at 15750 FM 2860 in Kaufman, Texas. Our shop hours are 8 to 5, Monday thru Friday, with evening and weekend appointments available. Our shop rate is a very competitive $60 per man hour (for productive labor only).

ENGINES AND DRIVELINE read more We offer complete engine services including
rebuildingyour original engine, adding a new
fuel-injected crate motor, building a custom
hi-performance mill, or a full tilt race engines.
We send out our needed machine work, then,
we do the final assembly. Blown or nitrous
oxide injected systems are also available.
Transmission experience includes installing, the
new Tremec TKO 5 and 6 speed manuals; GM
Powerglide, Turbo 350 and 400, 700R4, and
all the 4L60/65/80/85E series, Muncie and Saginaw 3, 4 and 5 speed manuals; Ford C4, C6, AOD, and Chrysler 727.
Rear ends from GM 10 and 12 bolt, Ford 8 and 9in., Dana 60, Corvette, Heights and Kugel customs. Posi trac, limited slip, or a spoolwill complete the package giving you the ride quality and performance you want.
CHASSIS SHOP SERVICESread more We can fabricate a custom bare frame or build
a complete rolling chassis. Independent front
suspensions including Mustang II, strut, tubular,
or hi-tech custom. We also install 'old school'
Gasser or traditional dropped axles with 4-bar,
radius rods, and split wishbones.
Rear suspensions including traditional parallel leaf springs, ladder bar, and straight and triangulated 4-link with coil-overs.
We also fabricate custom fitted roll bars,
full cages, and complete tube chassis for the performance enthusiast's and racers.
All our full race chassis are NHRA and IHRA legal.
